“Give the speech of your life.”
When I received these instructions for my TEDx speech, a secret smile crept across my face. Immediately, I knew what my topic would be. For the next month, I spent roughly 100 hours researching and developing new material. In fact, you might even say that I fell in love with a certain guy named Ed in order to improve my storyline.
But let's cut to the chase. Did I give the speech of my life? More specifically, did I live up to the topic of my presentation, and make people fall in love with my idea? Let's find out.
